Overview

Welcome to Las Comadres Mail Club. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Las Comadres Mail Club is a monthly subscription service that delivers curated envelopes filled with exclusive stickers, art prints, and creative surprises celebrating Latina culture, nostalgia, and storytelling. These terms apply to all subscribers and visitors of our website.

Subscription & Billing

Las Comadres Mail Club operates on a recurring monthly billing cycle. Here's how it works:

  • Your subscription renews automatically on the 21st of each month.
  • If you subscribe on or before the 20th, your first payment is processed on the upcoming 21st, and you'll receive the next month's mail.
  • If you subscribe after the 20th, your first charge is processed on the 21st of the following month, and your first drop arrives the month after that.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your customer portal before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued after a renewal has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship around the 5th of each month.
  • Currently available for shipping within the United States only (including Puerto Rico).
  • Shipping is included in your subscription price.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Each envelope contains handmade and limited-run items that cannot be restocked or resold.

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hola@comadresmail.com and we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, and content included in Las Comadres Mail Club envelopes and on this website are the property of Las Comadres Mail Club and our collaborating artists.

No reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any materials is permitted without prior written permission.
